K and M Dwarfs

The stellar parameters for low mass dwarfs were determined as follows. Effective temperatures came from interpolation in the Baraffe et al. (1998) isochrones for given $(V-I)_0$ or $(V-K)_0$ colors, adopting metallicites from the Cayrel de Strobel et al. (1997) catalogue. Gravities were estimated from Hipparcos parallaxes adopting masses interpolated in the Baraffe et al. isochrones and the metallicities were taken from the Cayrel de Strobel et al. catalogue.
