As indicated on the conference web page, email notification is
provided about three weeks ahead of each deadline to all addresses
in the pre-registration database. Please note that two deadlines are
coming up soon. Both, registration and hotel reservation deadline
are Saturday March 1, 15:00 Eastern Standard Time, 2003. Please use 
http://www.astro.virginia.edu/coolflow/regi.php
to register. Note that participants giving invited presentations
should select `oral presentation' when submitting their abstracts.
Please do your room reservation directly with the Omni Hotel. See

for details. You will be able to take advantage of the significantly
reduced rate by mentioning that you'll attend the conference.
