The hotel reservation deadline is this Saturday (March 1)! PLEASE
NOTE THAT IT'S UNLIKELY THAT YOU WILL BE ABLE TO RESERVE A ROOM AT
THE OMNI AFTER THE DEADLINE. See

cancellation notification is given 48 hours prior to arrival.

The conference registration deadline also is this Saturday. Next
week speakers for oral contributions will be selected by the SOC.
