Q: What does "raw score" more?
A: The raw score is the score based on the number of questions you answered
correctly. It does not include the
extra credit points.
Q: How is the extra credit factored into my exam score?
A: The extra credit will be added to your raw score. For example, if you
turned in a sample question and you earned a score of 40 out of 45 on the exam,
the exam score which will be factored into your final grade is 42
out of 45. Note that it is possible to have an exam score higher than 100%.
Q: Will there be a curve?
A: No. The average score of the exam is high enough such that no curve is needed.
