Important Note - The deadline for abstracts has passed; however, due to a typo in the email for abstract submissions, the SOC will allow for the submission of late abstracts (by April 30 please). If interested, please follow the instructions provided at the workshop website:

www.etsu.edu/physics/astronomy

Abstracts submitted so far can also be found at this site.

The deadline for registration is *May 1st*, after which the registration fee is increased somewhat. Details for registration and accommodation can also be found at website above.

When booking a room at the Carnegie Hotel where the meeting will be held, please mention that you are reserving a room for the 'hot star meeting'. The Carnegie (in fact the entire area) is very booked up in early/mid July, and so you may not be able to get a room unless you are identified with the block that has been reserved for the meeting. If you are interested in sharing a room with another attendee of the workshop, email Richard Ignace at hotstars@etsu.edu.

If you have any questions or need more information, please contact the organizers at hotstars@etsu.edu.
