Baryon

A strongly interacting particle that is composed of quarks and has a spin that is an integer multiple of (e.g., a quark, neutron, or proton). All baryons are hadrons and every baryon has an antibaryon. All baryons have baryon number 1; all antibaryons have baryon number -1.
