Effects of cc_flg ~'[c]'

Source confusion (cc_flg contains "c") should affect photometry at small separations according to early tests involving artifical stars added to real images.

Since the offsets will tend to affect all three bands, stellar magnitudes are biased but colors are less biased.

Below are blinks between sources with cc_flg='000' and cc_flg~'[c]' for ph_qual='AAA' sources in two environments.

The LMC, in particular, was chosen due to the "horizontally" distributed populations in its color-magnitude diagram. These populations should make a magnitude bias more evident that the largely vertical populations seen at the galactic poles. No trends are obvious.
