Education

I am a theoretical astrophysicist. My research has primarily been the modeling of accretion and outflows in various classes of stars, using both analytical and computational (numerical simulation) techniques. My interests include star formation, stellar angular momentum, accretion, winds, the formation of jets and nebulae, fluid dynamics, and magnetohydrodynamic (MHD) phenomena, including magneto-centrifugal launching, magnetic and hydrodynamic shaping of astrophysical flows.
